I'm a passionate English Teacher, licensed and experienced, focused in personalized lessons for real results.

My name is Isabela, and I have been teaching English for over 15 years (and loving every bit of it). I hold a degree in English Language Teaching from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP), and I have worked with students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners preparing for specific goals.

What drives me as a teacher is the moment a student realizes they can communicate: that shift in confidence is what makes this work so meaningful. Outside the classroom, I am also a professional translator and proofreader (Portuguese-English), which keeps me deeply connected to the language every day. I am also trained in Nonviolent Communication and Emotional Intelligence, which shapes how I interact with my students: with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care for their progress.
