I’m patient and approachable, which helps students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. At the same time, I’m disciplined and well-prepared, so my classes have structure, clear goals, and measurable progress.
Most importantly, I genuinely care about my students’ growth. When they succeed, gain confidence, or realize they’re capable of more than they thought, that’s what motivates me as a teacher.
